The terminal congestion in LA/LB terminals is almost to the breaking point. The terminals will no longer call for night crews to work the vessels, but the night gates will continue to work. Terminal (APMT) is at 100%, so they will stop working ALL vessels. They are only working the gate to reduce congestion and to release the gridlock. Due to the deteriorating situation at the docks, Leapfrog is suggesting that our clients divert any planned West Coast shipping to the East Coast until the situation is rectified.
